Refund Policy

At TaxDraw, we strive to give the most significant level of service while ensuring your complete satisfaction with our advice and assistance. We continually improve and strive to provide the best online accounting, financial, and secretarial services. If you are dissatisfied with our services, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue, offer a refund or credit for future TaxDraw orders.

Policy on Refunds

TaxDraw holds the fees received in advance in a client's account when fee payment is made to them. After working on a client's case, TaxDraw will be compensated. TaxDraw earns a fee at various rates and intervals during an engagement based on the achievement of particular milestones (e.g., obtaining DIN, filing forms, assigning relationship manager, etc.). A refund for the earned fee is not feasible because the resources and person-hours invested in providing the service are non-returnable. Processing fees, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and resource expenses for previously completed work will be subtracted.

Make a refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within six days of the purchase date. After receiving all of the information needed to effectuate a rebate, such as the reason for the refund, bank account details, and so on, we will handle your request within 15 to 25 business days.

Alteration of Service

You must request a service change within six days of purchasing to switch from one service to another. The purchase price of the original service will be credited to your TaxDraw account, less any fees collected and any money paid to government organizations, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties engaged in completing your order. Any TaxDraw service will be eligible for the credit.

Standard Rates

TaxDraw has developed a standardized pricing structure for various services, and clients of all types can select a service based on their business module. "Base prices" refers to the fundamental pricing structure on the Website/Emails. Prices may vary depending on the state's territorial jurisdiction, as well as the type and quantity of services given to the client.

Pricing on the internet may be incorrectly quoted; as a result, as part of our selling procedures, we will verify prices and notify you of the correct price before the contract takes effect. We protect the right to modify the pricing on our website at any time, but this will not affect existing contracts. The standard pricing policy does not apply to an increase in the total cost paid to TaxDraw due to a rise in government fees or fees spent by the customer for legal document work completion or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. We are not liable or responsible for any additional expenditures incurred by the client due to the finished service.

Factors that we have no control over

Any given service's results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The government, for example, could decline a trademark application for legal reasons unconnected to TaxDraw. In some cases, a government backlog or faults with government platforms (For example, the MCA, the Income Tax, or the FSSAI websites) may cause significant delays in completing your transaction. We have no control over these concerns; they are not covered by our guarantee or eligible for a refund. As a result, the government's failure to complete your filing will not qualify you for a refund.
